What is the Area 9 Rally?
Area 9 Rally is a weekend of partying for members of Round Table Area 9, Ladies Circle Area 3 and their friends and families.
The official Rally activities begin with the opening of the Children's Entertainment areas after lunch on Saturday. We can take care of children between 5 and 16 years of age. The kids will have a great time with a programme of activities to keep them amused while you get on with enjoying yourself (well until 9.30pm at least, when our Children's entertainment team clock off).
For the adults you can relax in the bar, explore the surrounding area, enjoy the facilities of the health club and spa, or perhaps have a last minute practice for your fancy dress routine.
Saturday night brings the themed Fancy Dress Party including a 3 course meal, followed by a live band, disco and the usual Round Table/Ladies Circle party spirit. Dinner is preceded by the Fancy Dress Competition at which each attending Table/Circle is allowed to perform a 2 minute routine to music in the hope of winning the coveted Area 9 Rally Fancy Dress Trophy (and the usual booze prize which accompanies it).
After a hearty breakfast on Sunday morning your time is your own until we assemble for a traditional Sunday lunch, and prize presentation before you return home for a well earned rest.
